The Solar House, located in Alibaug near Mumbai, is a sustainable three-story farmhouse designed to harmonize with its natural surroundings. Its overall form appears to rise organically from the ground, integrating seamlessly into the landscape. The house features four spacious bedrooms, a game room, a living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, catering to both comfort and functionality. One side of the building is fully covered in solar panels, providing renewable energy for the home, with a dedicated provision for battery storage to ensure uninterrupted power supply. At the top level, a water tank supports the household's water needs, emphasizing self-sufficiency. The design is further enhanced by a large swimming pool located at the end of the property, offering a serene space for relaxation and leisure.
